Doctor Strange

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, who immediately after her service secured a job in bank and after 2years she was promoted as the branch manager of the bank. She's into a relationship with a guy whose name is Bayo. Sarah and Bayo have been dating since they were in high school and now they're both graduates with good jobs and getting prepared to get married.

  Few weeks before the wedding was Bayo's birthday, Sarah knew she had not really had time for Bayo recently due to work stress and other stuffs so she decided to call in sick for the day so as to surprise Bayo on his birthday.  She got up as early as she could and Drove to the nearest mall to get an ice cream for Bayo, the kind of flavor he likes and after which she drove straight to Bayo's house.

When she got to Bayo's house, the door was locked but luckily for her she has a key so she opened the door and silently sneaked in, going to the Bayo's bedroom and on getting there, she opened the door and found Bayo having sex with his own sister.

For a minute there, Sarah froze and suddenly busted into tears, she ran out of the house, got into her car and drove away. She kept thinking if she had done something wrong or if it's that Bayo doesn't find her attractive anymore, different thoughts were crossing her mind. On her way home, she saw a bar few blocks from her house, she then decided to stop at the bar and get herself drunk till she passes out, While drinking tears kept rolling down her cheeks as she kept remembering how long they've been together, all the promises they've made to each other and the things they've done together, she kept thinking why Bayo would choose to cheat on her with his sister.

And it was late in the night and the bar were ready to close up for the night, she tried to stand on her feet but she could barely work talk less of driving herself home from the bar. So she decided to walk, still crying and ranting on her way home she was crossed by a man who was also drunk but found her attractive and he forcefully had sex with her, during the sex she was screaming as loud as she can but no one came to her rescue. After the sex, the man stood up and went his way and so did she, she got up with great bitterness inside of her, walked home and crashed on the bed.

The following morning she remembered all that had happened yesterday from the issue of Bayo down to the rape incident, she was really devastated and luckily for her it's weekend and banks don't work on weekends. She stayed indoor all through the day and while she was sobber and sad alone in the house she kept trying to remember the face of the man that had sex with her but she was unable to remember the face.

Through out the whole weekend she was down was sober all through and when it was Monday again she decided to be strong, got up and get ready for work as she tried to bury herself in work so she won't have to think of all that happened.

2weeks after the rape incident, she went to the hospital for series of test to know whether she has been infected with any kind of sexually transmitted disease and luckily for her, she was tested negative for all sort of illness but one thing tested positive, she's two weeks pregnant. Then she was assigned to a doctor for her prenatal care sessions, she was devastated for a while after hearing the news about her pregnancy cause she doesn't know how to cope with a child that doesn't have a father or how will she tell her child child he or she doesn't have a father. But she knew abortion is not an option because she has achieve more and attain a level she never even pictured herself her whole life, she can't throw it all away by aborting the baby and risk loosing her life.

Few weeks after, she started going doe check ups, the name of the doctor assigned to her is Dr.Isaac.

Doctor Isaac sessions with Sarah started officially a month after her pregnancy test, they had different sessions together, they got close really close that sometimes they don't really talk about the prenatal care instead they share their problems with one another and advice each other, this started when the pregnancy was 3months old and extended till 8month of the pregnancy.
And they were in the month of December, so Isaac ceased the opportunity to ask Sarah to a thanks giving dinner  and Sarah agreed. The dinner was planned at Sarah's house, she prepared the food, Isaac arrived just in time for the dinner, the candle was lighted and they started eating, so there's something that has been bothering Isaac so he decided to ask her, his question is "how she got pregnant or is the father of the baby dead?" So he asked.
Sarah lost her appetite as he asked so she decided to tell him the story of what happened to her and how she can't remember the face of the man that raped her. For a moment there Isaac lost his appetite too as he started talking also, saying an incident like that happened to him to, he raped someone and he can't remember the face of the woman he rape cause he was really drunk that night, he gave a description of the place it happened and it matches the description of Sarah's too. 

This brought a huge shock to Sarah which prompt early labour of the baby as Isaac got up quickly and rushed her to the hospital, where she was attended to by another doctor cause she doesn't wanna see the face of Isaac anywhere near her, and after some minutes, the doctor came back out with the news that she has given birth to a bouncing baby girl, Isaac was so happy. He went to the room to check on her but she was asleep so is the beautiful baby girl.

Few hours later the doctor in charge came to tell Sarah that she is free to go home and also advised her to come for anti-natal check ups, Isaac offered to give her a ride home but she rejected his offer as she called her mother to come and drive her home, her mother was surprised to see her with a baby because she had no idea she was pregnant and when they got home she explained all that had happened to her mother, how she was raped and how Isaac turned out to be the man that raped her.

A month after the birth of the baby, Sarah was hoping to hear from Isaac but she never did, she tried to forget about him, about their sessions together but she can't, it seems she has fallen in love with him. It was on a weekend and Sarah was at home with her mom when they both heard a knock on the door, Sarah's mom was carrying the baby so Sarah went to attend to the person knocking and when she opened the door ,  she found Isaac kneeling at her door step with his friends standing at his back, holding flowers and Isaac asking her to marry him, tears rolling off her face, she said YES!
